Early on he noticed a need for merchants in the e-commerce space. Too often were businesses misunderstood & deemed high risk by processors. In online sales the processing needs for merchants were unique & they needed more custom solutions. Too often we’re they routinely charged deceptive and inflated rates, received no personal service, had funds held and even accounts shut down with no warning. He believes if you’re transparent with your clients & outwork the competition to earn and keep business, you cannot fail.
With that in mind, he set out to provide a solution that solved those problems - leading to the founding of his company Full Flight Payments. By bringing merchants direct to the source and cutting out the agents involved in the process he was able to provide a VIP white-glove experience. Merchants work directly with the person in charge of their account, get resolutions to issues in real time while building a relationship with a true processing partner.
